Managed detection and response

We monitor the security platforms you already run, investigate what they raise, and tell you clearly what needs your attention. Your telemetry is stored and processed on EU infrastructure from the first day of service.

Who it is for

  • Organisations in scope of NIS2 that need to detect and respond to incidents but cannot justify staffing their own security operations team.
  • Financial entities that must meet DORA's requirements for managing ICT-related incidents.
  • Teams that have invested in detection platforms, such as Trellix, and want specialists watching them.
  • Organisations that need their security telemetry held in the EU, under EU jurisdiction.

What is included

  • Monitoring and triage

Alerts from your platforms are reviewed and prioritised, then either closed with a recorded reason or escalated.

  • Investigation

Escalated alerts are investigated with context from across your environment, so you receive findings rather than raw alerts.

  • Escalation and response support

Agreed escalation paths and named contacts. Containment steps are taken only where you have authorised them in advance.

  • Two ways to connect

Collection can run inside your own network, reached through controlled privileged access, or in our EU cloud environment.

  • Reporting

Regular reports in plain language, written to support your own incident reporting obligations.

Analyst coverage today

Our Portugal-based analyst team is planned, not yet in place. Until it is, monitoring capacity comes from our affiliated US practice, working only through EU-hosted jump hosts, with just-in-time access, recorded sessions and no bulk export.

How we protect your data

How engagements start

  1. A first conversation

We learn what you run, what you must comply with, and what concerns you most.

  2. Scope and written disclosure

We agree scope, coverage and escalation paths, and set out in writing where your data is held and who can reach it.

  3. Onboarding

We connect to your platforms, tune detection to your environment, and agree how and when we report.

  4. Service and review

Monitoring begins, and after the first period we review it with you to adjust what we watch and how we report.
