About us
Cyberuptive Europe, Lda. is an independent Portuguese company, incorporated in February 2025, providing managed detection and response, security platform services and compliance advice to European organisations.
Why we exist
Many European organisations have bought capable security platforms but cannot staff a team to watch them, and many now face obligations that make that gap harder to accept.
We founded Cyberuptive Europe to close that gap from within the EU: client data held on EU infrastructure, contracts with a Portuguese company, and an analyst team we are building in Aveiro.
Independent, and part of a network
Cyberuptive Europe is related to, but independent of, Cyberuptive LLC in Honolulu. We are a separate Portuguese company with our own management, contracts and legal identity, and European clients contract with us directly.
Until our Portugal-based team is in place, we procure additional analyst capacity from the US practice under documented safeguards, as our data sovereignty page explains.

The company is managed by David Stevens and Lee Stevens, both resident in Portugal.
